Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

All orders are processed on a weekly basis on Friday, 4pm, PST. If you ordered on Saturday, you have approximately a week to cancel your order. If you ordered on Thursday, your order must be cancelled before the following Friday before it is processed. All other considerations will be denied. 

Returns

 

Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your full order to delivered your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it, with no damage, and in its original packaging.
  • The receipt or proof of purchase
  • All shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@legacyrecoverystore.com 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@legacyhealthstore.com.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

- Please provide a description and photo evidence of the damage. 

- We will send you a return label 

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CLAIMS OF DAMAGED ITEMS WITHOUT PROOF, AS WE HAVE DEALT WITH DISHONEST CLAIMS IN THE PAST.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
